The HR Up2Date Meetup is a unique course for human resource managers that offers practical tools to address the hottest topics in human resource management in the 21st century.
The time has come to connect human resource strategies with organizational practices – how do you transform from being the “employees’ representative”, who tends to daily issues and paperwork, into a strategic business partner who manages changes in the organization with confidence?
Change management starts from the top, so you need to position yourself as a member of management and be high-level-oriented. In this way, you’ll be able to get the entire management on-board for your cross-organizational projects and lead them forward with confidence and pride.
We don’t provide only theory. In this course you will learn, step by step, while keeping abreast of new trends and practical models, how to do it right at the organizational level, the administrative aspects and HR-wise. You will learn about the back office of strategic organizational aspects such as processes of change and organizational culture, and obtain emotional, organizational and practical tools that will enable you to get back to your post being more clear-cut and action-oriented.
The sessions are an excellent opportunity to share in a small group, to learn, to meet colleagues, to hear about dilemmas and challenges from other organizations and to receive advice on the issues that concern you.
