The HR Up2Date Meetup is a unique course for human resource managers that offers practical tools to address the hottest topics in human resource management in the 21st century.
The time has come to connect human resource strategies with organizational practices – how do you transform from being the “employees’ representative”, who tends to daily issues and paperwork, into a strategic business partner who manages changes in the organization with confidence?
Change management starts from the top, so you need to position yourself as a member of management and be high-level-oriented. In this way, you’ll be able to get the entire management on-board for your cross-organizational projects and lead them forward with confidence and pride.
We don’t provide only theory. - Leading changes in the organization 03/12/2019:
21st-century organizations are characterized by fast and frequent changes. One of the challenges faced by HR personnel is in leading successful processes that assist management and employees in facing the challenges of change in an optimal way. In this workshop, you will learn the meaning of organizational change and discuss the social and personal processes that lead people to object to change processes. In addition, you will learn an applied model for dealing with change and leading it in the various levels of the organization, and finally, you will be introduced with various types of organizational changes and different ways of dealing with them.
- Employee Engagement 17/12/2019:
One of the indicators currently used to examine the effectiveness and success of organizations is employee engagement. You will be introduced with 5 important elements and understand how they come about in your organization, and what you can do in order to fully utilize them in any organization. Using our very own applied model, we will also be able to generate employee engagement in your organization.
- HR in Management Consulting 31/12/2019:
One of the most important HR functions is working with the organization’s managers. They turn to you with dilemmas and managerial questions, ask how to lead team/departmental changes, consult with you on employee development, structural changes, and so on. Excellent counseling skills are an indispensable tool that will allow you to help them and be meaningful. In this session, you will learn and practice various counseling tools to provide managers with a productive and safe consulting environment.
- Formulating an Organizational Culture 14/01/2020:
What is organizational culture and what are its components? Is culture related to the business vision and how does it all relate to values and management? In this session you will understand your organization’s culture and discover ways to bridge the gap between ideals and reality, using various tools for choosing and implementing values.
