Dana specializes in development processes for executives and management teams, and in supporting change processes within organizations. She is a master of creating positive engagement and believes that there is something to learn from every single organization, person, and situation. Dana is also a professional poker player who brings insights from the poker table to the consulting world – and vice versa. She holds an MA in Organizational Psychology.
